Governing Law & Venue: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any arbitration or permitted court action shall take place in Waco, Texas.
Exceptions: Either party may seek relief in small claims court for eligible disputes or seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
